Our standard warranty applies to all Archiva Secure AI systems for a period of 12 months or longer, if required  by law. We provide a specific warranty for 20 years on rails and wheels. The only condition of the  warranty is that regular maintenance is carried out on the system in accordance with the guidelines  described in the user manual using a qualified engineer. A service contract with Archiva Secure AI is the  easiest option to guarantee operational reliability.

With a Archiva Secure AI service contract, your storage system will be thoroughly checked annually. Tests  are carried out to maintain the functionality and safety of the system. Necessary repairs are carried  out at no extra cost. For electronic systems, Archiva Secure AI guarantees an inspection in accordance to  EN15095 as part of every service contract.

Before a Archiva Secure AI Storage system leaves our factory, each component undergoes thorough quality  checks. The system is then assembled on site by certified engineers. In this way we meet the highest  possible quality standards. However, over time parts can become worn or damaged during use,  which is why we offer you the convenience of various service options.
