Intelligent hanging picture dense shelf

A sustainable choice which reduces your costs and saves space!

Product Description: The intelligent hanging picture dense shelf is designed for the collection, storage, and display of medium and large-sized mounted calligraphy and paintings. Compared to storage shelves, the intelligent hanging picture dense shelf is specifically built for centralized management of calligraphy and paintings, featuring enhanced intelligence, grid-based organization, and standardization. The conventional hanging picture dense shelf has a flat surface, with the middle grid plate retracted, and lacks partition columns. It possesses dustproof, moisture-proof, and pest-proof functions.

Structure: It is mainly composed of tracks, bottom beams, columns, hanging net plates, top plates, side plates, bottom plates, transmission mechanisms, protective devices, and intelligent control parts; The structure features a double-column frame, with the middle column set back 15cm. The front and rear side panels are enclosed internally. The top and bottom panels are made of steel, with 18mm camphor wood boards wrapped inside. The middle mesh panel is made of 4mm thick, 40x40 mesh steel wire mesh, surrounded by 1.5mm cold-rolled steel edges. Hole positions are reserved, and core-pulling rivets are used for connection and fixation on site. The finished product is required to be installed smoothly, with the entire surface being flat, free of sharp burrs and welding slag, and rivet protrusion height ≤1mm. It can hang calligraphy and paintings with a height of ≤2200mm. The width depends on the actual number of sections of the frame, making it suitable for collecting large-scale calligraphy and paintings.

Use a fine steel wire mesh with a thickness of T≥4mm and a hole spacing of 40*40, surrounded by 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate edging, with a width of 55mm. The mesh panel and cold-rolled steel plate are connected and fixed using resistance welding, and the surface is required to be free of visible irregularities. The spraying and manufacturing process should refer to the [General Technical Standards for Frame Bodies].

Utilizing a large-scale laser cutting machine or punching and shearing line, the material is cut in one go, ensuring a post-forming tolerance of ±0.5mm. The forming thickness is 55mm, and after spray painting, there are no visible creases or gaps around the edges. The interior is padded with 12mm-thick camphor wood boards. The spray painting and manufacturing processes refer to the aforementioned [General Technical Standards for Frame Bodies].
